14 Day Movement Ritual

Simple movement. Practiced consistently. Built for life.

For the next 14 days, you’ll build a simple daily movement practice designed to help you move with greater strength, confidence, and freedom — wherever life takes you.

Day 1

Establish Your Starting Point

Today’s goal is simple: Show up.

You don't need to do everything today. You simply need to begin.

The goal of your first Movement Ritual isn't intensity or perfection. It's establishing the habit of showing up for your body.

Move at your own pace. Focus on control, breathe, and learn the movements.

Consistency starts with Day 1.

YOU SHOWED UP. THAT’S THE WIN.

Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.
Confidence creates freedom.

That’s it for today. Come back tomorrow and we’ll build on what you started.

One day. One ritual. Keep moving forward.

Day 2

Build the Ritual

Today’s goal is simple: Show up again.

Yesterday you started.

Today you begin building the ritual.

You don't need more motivation, more time, or a perfect workout. You simply need another opportunity to move.

Move at your own pace. Notice what feels more familiar today and what your body is learning.

Consistency is built one day at a time.

YOU SHOWED UP AGAIN. THAT’S HOW A RITUAL BEGINS.

Every time you return, the ritual becomes a little more familiar.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

What felt a little more familiar today?

You don't need to write anything down. Just notice it.

One day. One ritual. Keep moving forward.

Day 3

Familiarity Builds Confidence

Today’s goal is simple: Notice what you already know.

You’ve done this before. Some of today’s movements are already becoming familiar.

You may notice that you need less time to think about where your body goes or how a movement feels. That’s progress.

Keep moving at your own pace. There’s nothing to prove and nowhere you need to rush to.

Competency begins with repetition.

Today’s Movement Ritual

FAMILIARITY IS PROGRESS.

Repetition turns unfamiliar movement into something your body begins to know.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

Which movement required less thought today?

Notice what required less thought. That's your experience becoming competency.

Keep showing up. You’re building competency.

Day 4

Practice With Intention

Today’s goal is simple: Pay attention to how you move.

You’ve started building familiarity. Today, bring a little more attention to the quality of each movement.

Move slowly enough to feel what your body is doing. Notice your position, your breathing, and where you feel each movement working.

Progress isn’t always doing more. Sometimes progress is simply moving with greater awareness and control.

Practice creates competency.

INTENTION BUILDS CONTROL.

When you pay attention to how you move, you begin to move with greater control.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

Where did you feel more control today?

Moving with intention teaches you to understand your body — not simply complete an exercise.

Better movement begins with awareness.

Day 5

Confidence Is Built Through Experience

You’ve already done something important. You’ve shown up again.

With each repetition, each familiar movement, and each completed ritual, your body is learning what it can do.

That experience creates competency.

And competency begins to create confidence.

Not the confidence that comes from being perfect — but the quiet confidence that comes from knowing:

“I’ve done this before. I can do it again.”

Today, don’t worry about doing more.

Notice where you feel more capable than you did on Day 1.

Small experiences of success become evidence of what you are capable of.

Take a moment before moving on:

What movement felt more natural, controlled, or confident than it did a few days ago?

That’s progress.

Confidence isn’t something you wait to feel.
It’s something you build through experience.
You experienced what your body can do.

That’s how confidence is built.

CONFIDENCE IS BUILT THROUGH EXPERIENCE.

Every successful experience gives you evidence of what your body can do.

Day 6

Progress Has a Purpose

Over the past five days, you've been building a foundation.

Today, we begin building on it.

Your movements will start to ask a little more from your core, hips, and posterior chain — not simply to make the ritual harder, but to prepare your body for what comes next.

Progress isn't about doing more for the sake of doing more.

It's about developing the strength, control, and confidence to do something you couldn't do before.

Soon, we'll return to a movement you experienced earlier in the ritual — the Shin Box — and explore a more challenging progression.

Don't worry about whether you can do it yet.

Today, you're preparing for it.

Every movement is another piece of the foundation.

Today’s Movement Ritual

YOU COMPLETED DAY 6

Progress doesn't always look like the final result.

Sometimes progress is simply preparing your body for what comes next.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

Where did you feel stronger or more controlled today?

Today, you built strength.
You practiced control.
You added another piece to the foundation.

You're getting ready for what's next.

Day 7

Recognize Your Progress

Progress is easier to see when you stop long enough to notice it.

Seven days ago, these movements were new.

Today, some may already feel more familiar. You may move with a little more control, need less time to think about what comes next, or simply feel more comfortable showing up.

That matters.

Progress isn't always doing more. Sometimes it's doing the same thing with greater awareness, control, and confidence.

You didn't just complete seven days of movement.
You created seven days of experience

And experience is where confidence begins.

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

7-DAY CHECK-IN

Take a moment to recognize what has changed.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.
Confidence creates freedom.

One movement that feels easier or more familiar than it did on Day 1:

One thing my body allowed me to do this week:

Today begins with familiar movements for a reason.

The Dead-bug Imprint Level 1 reconnects you with core control. The Long Hip Bridge brings the posterior chain into the movement. Together, they prepare your body for the postural control needed in Shin Box Level 1.

This is what purposeful progression looks like.

We don't rush toward the next movement. We prepare the body for it.

Returning to the basics isn't going backward.
It's preparing yourself to move forward.

Day 8

RETURN TO PROGRESS

Progress doesn't always mean making things harder. Sometimes, moving forward means returning to the basics.

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

Your movements:

  1. Dead-bug Imprint Level 2

  2. Long Hip Bridge

  3. ‍Shin Box Level 1

  4. Table Top Press

  5. Nomad Squat

Watch Today’s Movement Tutorial

YOU COMPLETED DAY 8

The basics aren't something you leave behind. They're something you build from.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

Did returning to a familiar movement help you feel more control or confidence today?

Today, you returned to familiar movements with a purpose.

You built control.
You created readiness.
You prepared for what comes next.

Returning to the basics isn’t going backward.
It’s preparing yourself to move forward.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.

Day 9

CONNECT WHAT YOU'VE BUILT

Progress isn't only about doing harder movements. It's about learning to connect what you've already built.

You've practiced stability. You've developed core control. You've explored rotation and hip movement.

Today, those pieces begin to work together.

Each movement prepares your body for the next — giving you an opportunity to move with greater control, coordination, and confidence.

This is how individual movements begin to become movement skill.

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

Your movements:

  1. Quadruped Shoulder Tap / Hip ISO

  2. Dead-Bug Level 2

  3. ‍Quadruped Rotary Arm Pull

  4. Shin Box Level 1

  5. Nomad Reverse Lunge

Watch Today’s Movement Tutorial

YOU COMPLETED DAY 9

Movement becomes more powerful when the pieces begin to work together.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

Did any of today’s movements feel more connected
or coordinated than they did before?

Today, you connected the pieces.

You practiced control.
You coordinated movement.
You began turning practice into skill.

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.

Day 10

Your Body Is Learning

Every time you repeat a movement, your body learns.

What once required thought begins to feel familiar. What felt difficult starts to feel more controlled. Movements that seemed separate begin to work together.

That is what consistency creates.

Today, notice what feels different—not just what feels stronger.

You are building a body that knows how to move.

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

Your movements:

  1. Shin Box Level 1

  2. Quadruped Shoulder Tap / Hip ISO

  3. Tripod Press

  4. Hollow Hold Leg Lowering

  5. Nomad Lateral Lunge

Watch Today’s Movement Tutorial

YOU COMPLETED DAY 10

What once required thought is beginning to become familiar.

Ten days ago, these movements were exercises to learn.

Today, they are becoming movement skills.

Your body is learning to stabilize, transition, reach, rotate, and create strength with greater confidence.

Before you move on, notice one thing:

What movement feels more natural today than it did when you started?

Progress isn't only doing more.

Sometimes progress is realizing that something which once required effort now feels familiar.

You showed up. Your body learned. Keep moving.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.
Confidence creates freedom.

Strength isn't only about how much you can lift.

It's also your ability to respond — to stabilize, rotate, reach, hinge, and adjust when your position changes.

Over the past ten days, you've been building more than individual movements. You've been developing options.

And the more options your body has, the more adaptable it becomes.

That adaptability matters beyond today's ritual, because life rarely asks us to move under perfectly controlled conditions.

Build capacity.
Create options.
Be ready to adapt.

Day 11

Strength is the Ability to Adapt

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

Your movements:

  1. Quadruped Rotary Arm Pull

  2. Quadruped Shoulder Tap Plank

  3. Long Hip Bridge

  4. Dead-bug Imprint Level 2

  5. Nomad Hinge Reach

Watch Today’s Movement Tutorial

YOU COMPLETED DAY 11

Today wasn't about performing one movement perfectly.

It was about giving your body different problems to solve.

Every time you expose your body to different movement demands, you expand the ways it can respond.

That's what physical capacity gives you: options.

Strength gives you capacity.
Capacity gives you options.
Options give you freedom.

A question to consider

Where in my life would greater physical freedom allow me to do more?

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.

We often think we need to feel capable before we begin.

But capability doesn't come first.

Experience does.

You practice.
You struggle a little.
You adjust.
You try again.

And eventually, something that once felt difficult begins to feel possible.

Today's movements ask more of what you've been developing throughout this ritual.

Don't worry about making every movement perfect.

Instead, notice what your body is capable of doing today.

You didn't wait until you were ready.

You showed up.

And showing up is what made you more capable.

Day 12

Capability Is Built

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

Your movements:

  1. Quadruped Shoulder Tap Plank

  2. Bear Position Squat

  3. Hollow Hold Leg Lowering

  4. Quadruped Shoulder Tap / Hip ISO

  5. Nomad Squat

YOU COMPLETED DAY 12

Recognize What You’re Capable Of

Think back to Day 1.

You didn't need to know where these 14 days would take you.

You only needed to begin.

Since then, you've returned to your movement ritual again and again.

And each time you showed up, you gave your body another opportunity to become stronger, more controlled, and more capable.

This is what progress looks like.

Not one extraordinary effort.

A series of small experiences that gradually change what you believe you can do.

A question to consider

What can I do today that felt more difficult—or less possible—when I started?

Take a moment to recognize it.

You showed up.
You gained experience.
You built capability.

And you're not finished yet.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.

Day 13

Your Actions Tell a Story

Thirteen days ago, you started with something simple:

Show up and move.

Since then, you've practiced familiar movements, explored new ones, and gradually asked your body to do more.

Today, some of those pieces come together.

Shin Box Level 2 is a good example. What might have seemed complicated at the beginning is now supported by the mobility, strength, and control you've been developing along the way.

But something else has been developing too.

You have created a pattern of showing up for yourself.

You don't need to call yourself an athlete.

You don't need to become someone different.

You simply need to recognize what your actions are already showing you.

What do thirteen days of showing up say about you?

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

Today’s Movement Ritual

5 Movements • 1 Simple Flow • About 10 Minutes

30 seconds movement / 20 seconds transition
Complete 1–3 rounds

  1. Shin Box Level 2

  2. Quadruped Rotary Arm Pull

  3. Long Hip Bridge

  4. Quadruped Flexed Knee Rotation

  5. Nomad Hinge Reach

YOU COMPLETED DAY 13

Recognize What You've Built

Today, you experienced something this ritual has been building toward.

Movements that were practiced separately began to support something more challenging.

That's progress you can experience for yourself.

But the most important change may not be any single exercise.

For thirteen days, you've made a choice to return to movement.

Again and again.

That repeated choice begins to change the way you see yourself.

Movement isn't something you have to be good at.

Movement is something you practice.

And every time you practice, you reinforce the person you're becoming.

Today's Reflection

After 13 days of showing up, what have I learned about myself?

Tomorrow isn't the end of your movement ritual.

It's an opportunity to decide what comes next.

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.

Day 14

Movement Creates Possibility

Fourteen days ago, you began with a simple idea:

Show up and move.

You didn't need to be stronger.

You didn't need to be more flexible.

You didn't need to know where these fourteen days would take you.

You simply needed to begin.

Since then, you've practiced. You've repeated. You've progressed. And you've experienced what happens when movement becomes something you return to consistently.

Today isn't about proving how fit you've become.

It's about recognizing something much more important:

Your body is capable of change.

And when your body becomes more capable, more of life becomes available to you.

Another trail.

Another trip.

Another experience.

Or simply the confidence to keep doing the things that matter to you.

Movement is the bridge between the life you have...
and the life waiting for you.

Today, cross that bridge.

Build the pieces.
Connect the pieces.
Then let them become movement.

YOU COMPLETED DAY 14

This Is Your Starting Point

You finished the 14-Day Movement Ritual.

But finishing was never the real goal.

The goal was to experience what happens when you give your body a little time, a little attention, and the opportunity to move consistently.

You now have fourteen days of evidence.

Evidence that you can show up.

Evidence that you can learn.

Evidence that you can adapt.

Evidence that you can become more capable.

And perhaps most importantly, evidence that movement doesn't have to be complicated to make a difference.

Your Final Reflection

Think back to the person who started Day 1.

What do you believe about your body today that you didn't believe—or weren't sure about—fourteen days ago?

Hold onto that answer.

Because tomorrow there is no Day 15 waiting for you.

There is simply a choice:

Keep moving.
Keep exploring.
Keep building a body that gives you access to more of your life.

The ritual may be complete.

Your movement isn't.

Simplicity creates consistency.
Consistency builds competency.
Competency builds confidence.

Confidence creates freedom.
